Canonical mapping

Binding of source-table columns to AEYS canonical fields (timestamp, energy, relevant variables) for a unit and energy carrier.

Also known ascolumn mappingsource mapping

A canonical mapping tells training and predict which column is the clock, which is consumption, and which are relevant variables. Metadata from the mapping is reused so training does not ask those questions twice.

Mappings are unique per organizational unit and carrier, which keeps SEU models comparable when the underlying historian schema differs between sites.
