Energy carrier

Form of energy supplied or consumed (electricity, natural gas, steam, diesel, compressed air) against which usage is accounted.

Also known asenergy typefuel type

Energy carriers are how AEYS groups consumption for share charts and TEP roll-ups. Each carrier has conversion factors into TEP/TJ and may map to a catalog energy source.

Canonical mappings bind a database column to a carrier so models and ÖEK batches stay comparable across sites.
