Scope 1 covers on-site combustion and process emissions. Scope 2 covers purchased electricity, heat, and steam. Scope 3 covers upstream and downstream value-chain emissions.
AEYS energy-carrier totals are the primary input for Scopes 1 and 2. EnMS energy performance improvements typically reduce those scopes before a full ISO 14064 inventory is complete.
