ISO 50001 uses documented information instead of the older documents-and-records split. It covers the energy policy, scope, EnPIs, baselines, energy review outputs, and evidence of results.
AEYS stores this as onboarding fields, DMS-reviewed files, programme-intake answers, and generated PDF/Excel reports rather than a separate document-control module.
