Operators, programme owners, and accreditors need the same EnMS
Three shells, one evidence pack. Industry programmes stall when each audience keeps a private copy of the plant.

On a typical industrial site the energy engineer lives in mappings and predict overflow, the sustainability lead lives in intake and reports, and the accreditor is asked to review a zip file that matches neither.
AEYS splits the shells on purpose. Operators see units, Connector Hub mappings, and models. Customer programme owners see documented information and the company energy report. Linked accreditors review the same programme without owning the historian.
That split is not a nice-to-have. It is how the EnMS stays useful after certification week. If the accreditor cannot open what operations run, the SEU list in the report is already fiction.
Multi-site groups feel this first: each plant wants its own workbook, headquarters wants a portfolio total, and the audit week concatenates PDFs. One programme with unit-level mappings scales better than a folder per site.
The industry insight is simple. Share the evidence. Do not share the plant-database login.
